All Saints Reopening Instructions for Parishioners

As we prepare to welcome everyone back to the table of God’s Word and the table of the Eucharist, these guidelines are put forth for all of our safety and well-being, so that we may celebrate fully as the people of God.

  • All people are still exempt from the obligation to attend Mass. You may watch live on Youtube, which we will continue to stream every week.
  • If you  have serious health concerns, we encourage to stay home. If you would like to be able to participate, you can do so by joining us online.
  • Those who wish to attend Mass on Sunday must call the parish office the week before Mass to sign up. The parish office will accept phone calls Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. You may leave a message outside of business hours and the secretary will call you back. You must call every week if you want to attend Mass every Sunday.
  • To attend Mass, neither you nor anyone in your household may have exhibited the following symptoms in the past 14 days: fever, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, new onset of diarrhea
  • We will not have any altar servers. We will have 1 reader and 1 Eucharistic minister per Mass. If this changes then we will contact needed ministers ahead of time.
  • We will need volunteers to help with hospitality and cleaning the building after each Mass. If you are able to volunteer, please call the parish office
  • The doors to the church building will open 15 minutes before Mass. The only people allowed in the building before this are staff and hospitality ministers who will be preparing for Mass
  • If you arrive early, you may stay in your car or line up outside the door, always observing the 6 feet distancing rules. There will be marks on the sidewalk leading up to the main door showing the 6 feet distance
  • You may only enter through the main entrance. All other building doors will be locked
  • To enter the building you must wear a mask for the duration of the time that you are in the facility. If you do not have one, the church has a limited supply. The only time you will be permitted to remove the mask is for consuming communion, but the mask must be put back into place immediately after consuming.
  • As you enter, a hospitality minister will check for your name on the sign up list. They will then make sure you understand the procedures and will instruct you to sanitize your hands.
  • There will be a basket available for your weekly offering. Please have this out and ready when you enter and place it in the basket before Mass.
  • Each person will be assigned a seat. A hospitality minister will show you to your seat. Please do not argue with these ministers, seats have been assigned so as to fit as many people as possible while still following all required regulations
  • Once you have been shown to your seat, please stay there. You will not be permitted to wander or visit with others.
  • One set of restrooms will be available if needed, however we encourage everyone to use the facilities at home beforehand and wait until they return home after Mass if able.
  • A worship aid will be provided. Please take this home with you and dispose of it appropriately. We cannot reuse them.
  • The procession to receive communion will be different than what we are used to so that we maintain distancing. Please follow the instructions of the hospitality minister. You must stay in your pew until instructed to do otherwise. When you receive communion, you must step away from the minister to a designated area where you can lift your mask to consume and then immediately return your mask to its position and return to your seat. There will be marks on the floor to show the required 6 feet of distance that must be kept at all times.
  • At the conclusion of Mass, you may exit from any of the parish doors available. Please go directly to your car. You may not congregate in any area of the building or parking lot. Please do not remove your mask until you are in your car.
We thank you for your cooperation during this strange time in history!
